You don’t need to be torn inside to be an awesome artist!

We all know those stories about genius actors who are torn inside. It seemed to be inevitable to some degree. Some of our most beloved colleagues ended in depression and suicide. I am convinced that we must not be on the edge of insanity to play a part well. Instead, I truly believe that we can transition into a healthy mental state by walking the path of an acting career.

We can be healthy AND great!

There are acting techniques that rip open old wounds that aren’t ready yet to be dealt with. That’s simply dangerous! All for the art’s sake. And we might consider doing it. For the part, for the career, for our dream.

That’s a too high price to pay!

In my opinion, our craft should make us happy. Our art should not only heal the ones who watch us acting. Our art should also heal ourselves. In fact, it’s crucial!

The JAEGER TECHNIQUE identifies the main essence of a role, points it out, and resolves the main conflict. As a possible byproduct of this, your own soul might benefit from this work. We always put ourselves in a role. Our individual approach to a character has got a lot to do with our own inner parts. Naturally, you might choose the role’s essence according to your own intuition. So you don’t only work for your role, but also for your own soul. This is why I love this technique so much and want to teach it to as many people as possible!

We need more wholesome souls in the world. In real life and on-screen!

THE WHOLE PREPARATION PROCESS ONLY TAKES ABOUT 30 MINUTES!
For preparing a role with the JAEGER TECHNIQUE, I use a variation of parts work combined with a physical and emotional virtual anchor. As a result, the character is very close to you so you can play a role in a highly authentic way. You also can access your role easily by remembering your self-chosen anchors. The byproduct of this technique might be a healing experience for your own soul.

It strengthens your awareness and creates self-trust and wholeness.

HOW IT
WORKS

Point out the opposite parts in your role using your intuition to create an authentic and rich character. Bring them together and dig from a treasure of development states. Integrate those states to bring a highly nuanced variation of emotions to stage, tape, or set! It’s all about feeling, being honest and connecting your mind and body.

Magically simple!

FEEL AWESOME BEING WELL PREPARED!

READY TO GET STARTED?

Learn ONE TIME how it works
and prepare the next self-tapes ON YOUR OWN
with that knowledge!

I offer 1-2-1 video sessions to teach you the technique. So you can prepare the next role for a self-tape, an audition, or a workshop on your own! It’s an investment in a skill that will help you to be more confident with your roles, to do the inner work just by preparing a role and heal along the way with every opportunity!
